I created Organik Treats back in 2010 after spotting a gap in the market for healthy, wholesome snacks. The business has gone from strength to strength and we’re now a team of three with ambitious plans to grow further. We work mainly in what we call our head office; it’s actually a posh shed in my garden! However we’re increasingly out & about on customer visits and working in our own home offices.
We went out looking for an answering service to relieve the pressure of someone being responsible for the calls all of the time. We came across Penelope on a Google search, and after reading lots of reviews, we decided to find out more.
Our only reservation was keeping hold of our current number; however we soon discovered this was really easy. We utilised the Digital Receptionist feature and now have multiple departments set up. It makes us look bigger than we actually are, and so much more professional.
The best thing about Penelope is the flexibility it gives us. Our statuses are set according to our most common locations, we literally just flick between them depending on where we are. It’s something we do automatically now as we go about our day.
We thought we’d have lots of calls going to the Moneypenny PA, but in an average month maybe a handful end up going outside of our small team. It’s just nice to know they’re there if we need them.
